He shares his real estate expertise through industry and business organizations. He has spoken before thousands of agents nationwide on his profession and his success, and he has been featured in many news outlets for his accomplishments.
Prior to real estate, Chris worked at both Thomson Reuters and Microsoft, where he lead global marketing teams focused on driving reach and revenue through customer engagement.
He is married to Peggy Lyn Speicher, who is also a broker with Coldwell Banker Island Properties and Co-Founder of the Speicher Group. They have a 24 year old daughter who graduated from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, OR, then graduated from Naval OCS in 2018, and is now an Ensign in the United States Navy based in San Diego, California.

Amie was fantastic to work with. She was incredibly responsive at all hours by text, phone, and email and was infinitely patient with our first-time home buyer anxiety. She was also extremely apologetic and helpful when we experienced a few post-closure hiccups that were missed in our home inspection, even offering to pay for some of the surprise expenses. OMG I'm not sure I have enough space to say how very helpful and professional Kathleen was in this extremely stressful process. We had a clock to find a place and in 5 days we found one after trying 4 times with a previous agent. I was so stressed and my first conversation with her lifted it all from my shoulders.
