Born and raised in Maryland, Alexis loves everything about the DMV — the oceans, the mountains, the city. Living here has spoiled him because he has a certain expectation that this is how it is everywhere. He wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.
Alexis is inspired by athletes like Tom Brady who are dedicated to excellence and aren’t afraid to look within and dig deep to achieve success. He was also profoundly influenced by Charles Duhigg’s book, “The Power of Habit”, which taught him life hacks to help sharpen his mindset and strengthen his daily habits. He says it was LIFE. CHANGING.
Don’t let his love for Brady fool you. He’s a second generation Redskins/Commanders fan and admits it’s been a tough ride over the years. He’s hopeful that things will turn around for his beloved team.
Alexis speaks Spanish and listens to a lot of hip hop Spanish so it’s no surprise his favorite concert was a Bad Bunny show in Brooklyn. Best vacation? A huge family reunion in Mexico on their dairy farm (which boasts 400+ cows)! On his bucket list? A visit to Toyko, Japan. He’s fascinated by Japanese culture and how everything is done so thoughtfully, with intention and purpose.
Alexis has a strong background in sales and communication and his dream of achieving success as a realtor really came into focus during the uncertainty of the pandemic. He took a leap of faith and has never looked back. Joining Speicher Group was an easy decision. Everyone here is just HAPPY, he says. Alexis believes that if you work hard, you’re nice to others, and you work with nice people, that passes on to the clients you work with.

What is something you could eat every day? Mexican food!
Best habit you picked up during the pandemic? Waking up at 5am. I used to always be a night owl. It was tough at first!
What's the most embarrassing thing you own? I probably have some socks that need to get thrown out. Apparently the bottom has been worn out. My girlfriend bought me some socks for Valentine’s Day. In my defense, I don’t look at the bottom of my socks very often. I’m just glad I don’t have toe holes when I take them off to show houses.
What's in your Google search history? I googled King Spa because I had no idea what to expect when I was packing for it. Turns out, I didn’t need much! Just about everything was provided for me. Would highly recommend BTW.
What do you daydream about when you should be working? Oh man; everything! But mostly I dream about having a homestead far away from the busy life. I’ve always wanted to have a small condo in the city and a 4 bedroom house with over 20 acres. I went to school for architecture originally so I dream of how I would design it and what my life would look like living on my homestead.
The one thing someone should ask you about if they never want you to shut up? Self improvement haha. I’ve read lot of books, watched Ted talks, listen to podcasts and audibles over the past 7 years so I’ve build up a good amount of knowledge relating to it. I’m also always thinking about how the future might look with all of our recent technology advancements. The world is amazing place filled with people who want to innovate. It’s what drives us and makes us unique in my opinion.
How do you procrastinate? Watching educational YouTube videos or stay at the gym just a bit longer because I trick myself into believing it’s the best thing I can do. Even typing this I believe it Lol.
Where are you originally from? Well I moved around a lot growing up. By the time I was 18, I had lived in 12 different places. But I associate this question most to where I went to high school; Laurel, MD.
If you could visit anywhere on Earth, where would it be? Tokyo!
Something you can't live without on a daily basis? My phone.
