Amie Wiseley
The dark blue waters surrounding Annapolis and the Chesapeake Bay Bridge represent what Amie Wiseley calls “the heart of her childhood.” Growing up, she split her time between Bowie and St Michaels and the sight of that bridge still brings tender memories of traveling between the towns to spend time with her family. She grew up here and this is where she’s raising her family. It’s home.
As a teen, she developed a passion for windsurfing. She dreamed of becoming either an actor, a news reporter, or a windsurfer in Maui. In college, she was a business major who also loved her art and psych classes. She seamlessly blended these talents working in HR, web design, and communications for awhile. But it wasn’t until she answered an ad for Speicher Group that she was able to flex all of her skills and pursue her passion for real estate.

Meet Amie
Amie loves the fix and flip because she can see the possibilities whether it’s a sale, a purchase, or an investment property — and that’s something her clients find super valuable. Exploring more of the country, like Bend Oregon, Sedona, Moab, and Santa Fe are on her to-do list. And the perfect Christmas vacation with her whole family is straight out of a Hallmark movie: cozy ski town, hot cocoa by a roaring fire, sleigh rides.
She loves yoga, visiting family out of state, and caring for her family’s hypoallergenic poodle named Eddie. She’s also considering getting back out on the water. Her love of windsurfing waned a little over the years, but it’s recently resurfaced. Makes sense. The water feels like home.

- If you could visit anywhere on Earth, where would it be? New Zealand and Majorca

It was a refreshing change to work with someone like Amie, who genuinely cares about finding that perfect house for her clients. We changed our minds several times during our search for the type and location of the house we wanted. But Amie was always ready with a smile and was quick to incorporate our new criteria into the search. Searching for a house during the pandemic was challenging, but Amie made it easier to navigate the process - from doing video calls when we could not be on site, to getting us in to see houses on very short notice. And she comes prepared with neighborhood comp, home details and things to be careful about. I was truly amazed at her depth of knowledge, but if ever she did not know the answer to something, she found someone who did. She was always quick to respond to my questions and went out of her way to address any and all concerns to my satisfaction. She gives her honest opinion and keep us on the right path.Overall, I found Amie to be honest, energetic and enthusiastic about her work. I would highly recommend Amie! She is a rare find indeed.
Amie was referred to us by a co-worker who spoke highly of her, and we found that her reputation was definitely well deserved. Amie is very knowledgeable, accessible, timely, and a great communicator. Amie is also very personable, not pushy at all, and a good listener. She thoroughly addressed any concerns we had and helped us secure a fantastic home in the midst of a very difficult market. Our first time home buying experience was basically perfect - after only about 2 weeks of working with her, we made a successful offer on a great home that had 6 other offers on the table.
