Meet Litsa
If home is where the heart is then Litsa Laddbush’s heart must stretch across two continents. Her first home? Maryland. She was born and raised here and it’s where she and her husband live with their two sons and their “crazy” doodle named Teddy. And her second home? Greece – specifically, the beautiful island of Crete. Her family is Greek and she has many happy childhood memories of summers spent on the island surrounded by extended family. It's one of her favorite places in the world.
Here in Maryland, Litsa is a devoted mother, wife and fitness enthusiast whose life revolves around her two sports-centric sons and Real Estate. While her days are filled with the hustle and bustle of managing their busy schedules, she always finds time to prioritize her own well-being. Her go-to workout is hot pilates, a practice that not only keeps her physically fit but also centers and grounds her amidst the chaos of daily life. In between meeting clients and showing homes, Litsa is running to football in the fall , basketball in the winter and baseball in the spring, she's constantly on the go, cheering from the sidelines and providing unwavering support to her boys. And in the kitchen, her top picks are Greek food and TexMex (although she confesses she could totally live off of charcuterie.) She’s a reader who prefers lighthearted books or a good beach read and she enjoys binge watching Netflix shows like Shameless, The Chef, and light-hearted romantic comedies like The Summer I Turned Pretty (the books and the series).
As a Maryland native and a professional realtor since 2011, she has her fingers on the pulse of the DVM market. What gets her out of bed each morning? The sheer joy of knowing she's broken free from the 9 to 5 grind and achieved success and happiness in an industry she loves without sacrificing time with family. Kathleen is by far the best Realtor we have ever had! As a native of the area, she is very knowledgeable of the market and real estate laws. Amie was fantastic to work with. She was incredibly responsive at all hours by text, phone, and email and was infinitely patient with our first-time home buyer anxiety. She was also extremely apologetic and helpful when we experienced a few post-closure hiccups that were missed in our home inspection, even offering to pay for some of the surprise expenses. We would 100% recommend Amie to anyone looking to buy!
I cannot recommend Kathleen enough. In this crazy market, she managed to help my husband and I get our dream home even though we were using VA financing. She is experienced and knowledgable about the home buying process. We were first-time home buyers, and Kathleen was extremely patient with all our questions. Her responsiveness is excellent. OMG I'm not sure I have enough space to say how very helpful and professional Kathleen was in this extremely stressful process. We had a clock to find a place and in 5 days we found one after trying 4 times with a previous agent. I was so stressed and my first conversation with her lifted it all from my shoulders. The whole process went quite smoothly and was easier than I expected. To top it all she's pregnant and that did not stop her from working with us and driving all over to find what we needed.
