Tania Aguirre
That’s Tania’s mantra. Positive affirmations? Meditations? Yes to all of it. An optimist by nature, Tania believes that if you put good into the world it will manifest and come back to you.
Originally from Ecuador, Tania grew up speaking both Spanish and English. She worked at the US Embassy and at American Airlines and when she came to the US permanently in 2007 she became a coach for Jenny Craig and earned her real estate license. Not only did those jobs help sharpen her communication and people skills but they also nurtured a deep desire to be of service to others.
She lives in beautiful Virginia close to her mom and sister and her grown children. A perfect day could involve doing anything or nothing at all as long as she’s with family. Her family is her greatest joy.

Tania’s travel wish list? Greece and Hawaii. She’s an avid reader and a fan of podcasts — especially Mel Robbins and Sharran Srivatsaa. And, she loves to entertain and host parties even though she doesn’t know how to cook! It doesn’t matter, though, because everyone always ends up dancing, laughing, and having a ball.
Tania believes things happen for a reason. When her career at Jenny Craig ended she didn’t just hope for the best, she believed something better was coming. She decided to move into real estate full time. Everything clicked into place when she spoke with Speicher Group co-founder, Peggy Lyn. In Peggy she found a mentor with a similar mindset. “I knew this was the
team for me.”
She loves working with her clients and helping them reach their goals because she knows that in addition to hard work, a positive mindset is the key to success.
