Customer Experience Manager & REALTOR®
Stephanie Talbot
Stephanie Talbot once drove two hours out of her way just to let a friend’s son borrow her car. Her kindness gene? Yeah, it runs deep. She always seems to know just what people need.
Growing up, she wanted to be a lawyer because everyone told her she could argue really well. As it turns out, helping people and making connections is her true calling. She’s the first point of contact for new clients and her job is to listen carefully to their story, identify their needs, and then expertly match them with the right agent. It’s a skill she’s perfected and a job she takes to heart.
Some stories are exciting, like the young family searching for their first home. Others are bittersweet, like the widow she paired with an agent who helped him find the perfect home close to his daughters. It isn’t easy to open up to just anyone, but oftentimes, clients will share a good part of their story with her.
Maybe it’s the 20+ years she’s spent as a surgical nurse (she still works a surgery once or twice a month) or maybe it’s her desire to honor her family and visit her grandmother’s homeland in Poland — but whatever you call that special magic, that special warmth that some people have? Stephanie’s got it. Lucky us.
